Client Care Specialist

Job Duties

Principal job duties will be providing direct client support via inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries with our clients. You will assist clients in resolving data quality questions and researching transaction activity using our internal administrative systems. Data entry and system analysis will also be an important part of your role at Syrus.

Other Requirements

  • This is a full time position that requires weekend availability
  • A 2-yr degree or related experience is preferred. Experience in the area of computer science or restaurant/hospitality management is highly desirable
  • Must be proficient in all basic computer operations and skills (i.e. typing, MS Office applications, Word, Excel etc)
